Selected work
Three builds you can open in a new tab.
Each project says what the business needed, what the site does about it, and what you’ll find when you open it. Every claim on this page is visible on the live site.

Atmoserra Heating & Cooling
An HVAC contractor bidding for install work across Greater Vancouver, where every search is local. Each trade and each city gets its own page, so “heat pump Coquitlam” lands on an answer and a booking form instead of a homepage.
Car financing that runs on fast approvals and community referrals. Apply, get matched with a dealer, choose the vehicle — the whole path is online, so the first move is a form, not a showroom visit.
Strata councils and property managers who want one number for roofing, envelope work and polybutylene replacement. The site splits residential from commercial at the door, so a manager never reads past kitchen remodels.
Less time from approved design to staging link, measured across builds since I moved to an AI-assisted workflow.
AI-assisted delivery. Reviewed line by line.
The tooling is part of how I work now, and I would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Here is exactly where it sits in the build.
Code generation for the repetitive layer
Boilerplate, ACF field registration, template scaffolding and repeated Elementor component patterns. The parts that are identical on every project, done in minutes instead of hours.
Design review before build starts
Figma and PSD files get checked for spacing inconsistencies, missing breakpoints and states nobody drew, before a single section is built. Catching it here is far cheaper than catching it in QA.
Debugging inherited code
Legacy themes and plugin conflicts get triaged fast. On a fifteen year old install, that is often the difference between a rescue and a rebuild.
What does not change: I read every line before it ships, I own every bug, and the QA pass is the same one I ran before any of this. The quality bar does not move. The timeline does.
How a project actually runs.
The same five stages every time, whether it is a landing page or a full rebuild. You get a staging link at stage three and you keep it for the rest of the project.
Discover and scope
Requirements, goals and constraints written down, plus a fixed price and a fixed date. No open ended hourly.
Design fidelity check
Your Figma, PSD or XD file audited against what is actually buildable and responsive, before build starts.
Build
Elementor for the front end, custom PHP where the builder runs out. Staging link from day one so you watch it happen.
QA and optimize
Cross browser, cross device, forms tested, then the performance pass: images, caching, scripts, Core Web Vitals.
Launch and support
Deployment, DNS, SEO basics carried over, then thirty days of fixes included. Maintenance after that if you want it.
